Rachel Wagner

Rachel Wagner is a media artist born and based in Pittsburgh. She works as a freelance videographer and video editor, and has exhibited prints and video projections at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, and in Philadelphia. Her videos have also been projected onto the Allegheny river in Pittsburgh via The Drift project in October 2012.
